WorkFlexStay Complaints Procedure

1. Purpose

This Procedure explains how Users can submit complaints about the Platform, listings, bookings, payments, invoices, accounts, messages or Platform decisions.

2. Who can submit a complaint

A complaint may be submitted by a Provider, Landlord, Client, Agency, company representative or other person affected by use of the Platform.

3. What complaints may relate to

  • account access
  • verification
  • listings
  • booking requests
  • offers
  • invoices
  • payments
  • deposits
  • digital contracts
  • digital signatures
  • messages
  • Platform decisions
  • suspected fraud
  • illegal or misleading content
  • unsafe or unlawful accommodation
  • technical issues

4. How to submit a complaint

Complaints can be emailed to contact@workflexstay.nl.

  • your name
  • company name
  • account email
  • booking, invoice or contract reference if available
  • a clear description
  • relevant screenshots, documents or evidence

5. Review process

  • confirm receipt
  • request additional information
  • review the relevant account, listing, booking, invoice, contract or message
  • contact the other party where needed
  • take appropriate Platform action
  • provide a response where possible

6. Possible outcomes

  • provide clarification
  • correct a technical or administrative error
  • request updated information
  • hide or remove a listing
  • restrict, suspend or terminate an account
  • block a suspicious booking or payment
  • facilitate communication
  • take no action where unsupported

7. Disputes between Provider and Client

Accommodation agreements are concluded directly between Provider and Client. WorkFlexStay may facilitate communication and evidence but is not a court, arbitrator or legal decision-maker unless expressly agreed in writing. Unresolved disputes remain between the parties and may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

8. Abuse of the complaints process

WorkFlexStay may reject complaints that are clearly unfounded, repetitive, abusive, misleading, fraudulent or submitted in bad faith.
