1. About WorkFlexStay

WorkFlexStay is a B2B accommodation platform for agencies, employers and housing providers in the Netherlands. Professional users can create accounts, publish listings, send requests, receive offers, generate and sign contracts, manage invoices, process payments and communicate. WorkFlexStay is not a landlord, tenant, employer, property manager or accommodation party unless expressly stated in writing.

2. DSA Contact Point

Users, authorities and other parties may contact WorkFlexStay at contact@workflexstay.nl. Include a clear description, relevant listing, account, message, invoice or contract reference and supporting evidence.

3. Reporting Illegal Content or Listings

Reports of illegal, fraudulent, unsafe or misleading content may be sent to contact@workflexstay.nl.

5. How reports are handled

WorkFlexStay may review the relevant content, listing, account, booking or message and prioritise safety, fraud, unlawful housing, exploitation, payment abuse or serious legal risk.

6. User complaints and abuse

Affected Users may request clarification or review by emailing contact@workflexstay.nl with the relevant references. The reporting system may not be abused, and clearly unfounded, repetitive, abusive, misleading, fraudulent or bad-faith reports may be rejected.

7. Content moderation

WorkFlexStay may use manual review, automated filters or technical tools. Automated tools may flag content, while important decisions may also involve manual assessment.
