About Property Listings and Ranking
This page explains how property listings may be displayed, sorted, filtered and recommended on the WorkFlexStay Platform.
1. General Information
WorkFlexStay helps professional agencies and housing providers find and manage B2B accommodation opportunities. Listings may appear in search results, dashboards, request pages, offers, property pages, messages or other Platform areas. Order may depend on filters, user input, listing information, availability and relevance.
2. Main Ranking Factors
- property location
- distance from requested area
- availability for requested period
- number of rooms
- maximum occupancy
- accommodation type
- price or monthly rent
- service costs
- deposit amount
- utilities policy
- SNF or other compliance information
- PKS score or quality indicators
- listing completeness
- photos and property information
- provider verification
- provider response speed
- booking history
- cancellation or reliability indicators
- match with the agency request
- safety, fraud prevention or compliance checks
3. User Filters
When Users apply filters, the Platform may show listings that best match them.
- location
- start date
- end date
- number of rooms
- maximum occupancy
- price range
- accommodation type
- utilities included or excluded
- availability
- compliance indicators
- other available filters
4. Default Sorting
If no sorting option is selected, listings may be shown by relevance, including location, availability, occupancy match, completeness, provider verification, price information and quality signals.
5. Paid Ranking
WorkFlexStay does not use paid ranking or sponsored placement for property listings unless clearly stated in the Platform. Future sponsored listings or paid ranking will be clearly identified where required.
6. Automated Tools
Automated tools may help sort, filter, recommend or flag listings and detect incomplete or duplicate listings, suspicious activity, unusual pricing, possible fraud or poor search matches. These tools do not guarantee legality, safety, availability or suitability.
7. No Guarantee
A search position does not mean WorkFlexStay guarantees the property, provider, legal or municipal compliance, SNF status, price, availability or suitability. Providers remain responsible for listing accuracy and legality. Clients must review details, terms, invoices and suitability before booking or signing.
8. Changes to Ranking
WorkFlexStay may change ranking, filtering and recommendation logic to improve user experience, fraud prevention, safety, compliance and performance. This page may be updated when material changes occur.
